shelf life

Crazy! I just emailed my buddy Steve to tell him that I quit blogging because, after such a long absence, I'd forgotten my blogger password. Apparently that statement was enough to rattle some shelving in my memory because an entire cascade of old passwords has come tumbling down. This is good: in addition perhaps to blogging again, I can now re-access the university online book ordering system and maybe my itunes account!
